Well, because everything must obey rules, these are here so that we don't have a whole lot of crap in our forums.
With that in mind all I can do is ask you guys that whenever you post something try to name your source, please. If possible even give us the link to the site where Wizards confirms or denies the whole affair.
Do not make your own rumours, please.
